Rice processing is a critical step for the realization of a high quality product. Like the vinification, rice processing requires knowledge and ability to adapt to the individual varieties, especially for wholegrain rice, in order to preserve nutritional and organoleptic characteristics.
In Ideariso we decided to propose many wholegrain rice to give the consumer the maximum nutritional benefits, but we had to refine processing techniques that gave the maximum taste.
We have searched and selected a few craft rice mills that have achieved excellence in one or more typology of rice and, with them, we have developed the best processes for processing different wholegrains and white rice.
Even in the processing we chose to preserve our consumers who have problems related to food intolerance to gluten or other ingredients, choosing rice mills where it is processed only rice and no other cereals or legumes.
